Award-winning music producer, OJB Jezreel has finally been discharged from hospital after a successful kidney transplant surgery in India.
It has also been revealed that the kidney was donated by his wife, Mabel.

In a statement made available to HealthNewsNG.com this morning and signed by OJB Jezreel, he said he was discharged today:
”I thought I must take out a quick moment and let you know that I am officially discharged today from the hospital, after a successful Kidney Transplantation Surgery, by God’s Grace,” OJB said.In the statement, he thanked all Nigerians who supported him with prayers and good wishes.”I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Nigerians for your prayers & good wishes, without which all this would not have been possible,” he said. He added: ”I also take this opportunity to thank my friends, fans and family for all the love, prayers and good wishes for a speedy recovery.”Below are the pictures released exclusively to HealthNewsNG.com by Shaila Raveendran, OJB’s personal Health Care Advisor in India.Shaila Raveendran coordinated OJB’s treatment process.“I coordinated everything for OJB in India from the time he landed, including introducing him to my very competent colleagues who specialize in nephrology and kidney transplantation surgery,” she told HealthNewsNG.com.On when OJB will be back in Nigeria, she said it will be immediately after he has obtained the Fit to Fly certificate.She said: “He will be ready to return to Nigeria once we give him a Fit To Fly Certificate.”
